Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and prescription-based skincare), we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product choice, or personal dislike of product results. We can exchange if you return the original product plus you have to cover reshipping charges.

Refunds

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
